If the proposal is accepted by the client, the next step is to execute the contract. The Contract includes all the details about 

  • the intellectual property rights,
  • delivery date,
  • deliverables and responsibilities of each party,
  • terms and conditions
  • nondisclosure agreements,
  • payment terms,
  • functional specifications provided by the client
With those providers having their own German subsidiary, offshoring contracts can be in German only. Only very few German clients prefer contracts in English (with Deutsche Bank among them) but not many more are willing to accepts contracts in English. The usual solution are bilingual contracts with German text on the left and English on the right side.
